Our favorite way to show you our piece of Alaska. Keep it simple, economical, surround you with mountains, fill your days with adventure and welcome you to our haven in the valley, Alaska Horsemen Guest Ranch.
SEVEN DAY ADVENTURE
Fly to Anchorage. Pick you up at airport or airport hotel on a Sunday and fly you to our ranch in a Cessna 206 or Beaver, an hour of flight seeing for glaciers and wildlife with a long time Alaskan flight service. Spend the afternoon enjoying ranch amenities and a horse back ride. Day two, your choice of guided fishing, horse back riding or river rafting. Days three, four, and five on a three day wilderness pack trip. Day six, your choice of activities, fishing, riding or rafting. Day seven its to Seward for a boat cruse in the wildlife abundant Kenai Fjords, then its finish your trip with a scenic train ride back to Anchorage Saturday evening. 7 days of adventure, 6 nights lodging.
FIVE DAY ADVENTURE
Arrive at ranch by bus or rent a car late afternoon on Sunday. Monday your choice of horse back riding, guided fishing or rafting. Tuesday through Thursday a wilderness horseback riding pack trip. Friday your choice of fishing or riding or rafting and one last night at our lodge. 5 days of adventure, 6 nights lodging.
THREE DAY ADVENTURE
Arrive at ranch late afternoon to settle into your lodging. Next three days is your choice of multiple horse back riding adventures, guided fishing options and river rafting or Kenai Lake sea kayaking. Works great when some folks want to fish every day and some ride everyday then meet back at the ranch and cook your fish on the grill! 3 days of adventure, 4 nights lodging.
We are happy to help you put together a vacation plan that works for your entire group. Our location is an excellent spot to base yourself for utilizing the wealth of adventures in the area. You are out special guest yet we like you to have your own space too. Your evenings are free time for you to take in the midnight sun and explore the back roads, cook you own meal at our pavilion or check out the local restaurants.
